What We Are Looking For
We are looking to add a self-motivated and creatively-thinking freelance copywriter to our team.
While we are not looking for specific educational qualifications, we are seeking someone with a strong understanding of digital marketing/SEO best practices.
You will write for our clients’ digital channels including blogs, landing pages, and general website copy. You should also be comfortable taking on light social media and paid advertising copywriting.
Core Responsibilities
- SEO copywriting including web page content and blog posts
- Crafting strategic, compelling landing page copy
- Take an assigned task from start to finish – you will be responsible for concept development, outlining, drafting, and editing to reach a final draft
- Collaborate with our Content Manager to produce effective, well-written content that is approved by our clients
- Some social media and other short-form ad copywriting
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of digital copywriting experience
- Experience writing web and SEO content
- An ability to think out of the box
- A sense of commitment to tasks at hand, big or small
- Reliability, we want to be able to count on you
- Attention to detail (we mean it!)
- The desire to function as part of a marketing team
