THE CLIENT
RemedyConnect is a business that provides digital marketing and software services to healthcare professionals. Boxwood has worked alongside RemedyConnect since 2019 to not only provide SEO and social media service to their clients, but also to work on their own website’s SEO and outreach.
Boxwood’s work for RemedyConnect includes on-page optimizations, landing page creation, social media and blog content creation, and some promotional efforts for new products such as email and paid ads.
The Challenge
When RemedyConnect and Boxwood began working together, RemedyConnect’s main challenge was that they were not gaining as many new clients through digital marketing as they wished to be. Most leads came through word of mouth and trade show appearances which limited them to a smaller audience. They also were regularly launching new medical software solutions and needed help reaching a wider audience through Google search results.
The Strategy
RemedyConnect had great existing content on their website that was simply not optimized for search engines. By beginning with optimizing their existing content we were able to almost immediately increase their organic traffic. After that we moved on to creating new content through landing pages and blog content, building their backlink portfolio, and assisting in getting the word out about any new software initiatives that launched.
In addition to search engine optimization, Boxwood has also helped to create paid ads on Google and social media and design email campaigns for RemedyConnect. While SEO has been the focus of the plan, adding these other marketing efforts has helped us to more effectively reach their target audience.
The Results
The demand was always there for what RemedyConnect had to offer, but with Boxwood’s help, they have been able to grow by leaps and bounds by getting their services in front of the right people.
